During the press conference on September 14, a number of new relaxations were announced. From September 25, more will be allowed again, upon presentation of a corona admission ticket. Below are the points that apply to us as an event location, as of September 25:
• Indoor and outdoor events may only take place upon presentation of a COVID-19 entry pass and valid ID.
• For indoor events with fixed seating, there is no maximum number of visitors and no closing time (however, catering establishments must close after midnight).
• For indoor events without fixed seating, the following applies: a maximum of 75% of the regular visitor capacity and a mandatory closing time between midnight and 6 a.m.
For more information, see the Dutch government's page 'Events permitted as of September 25 with COVID-19 entry passes'.

Fortunately, as of June 26, a lot more is possible again! A distinction is made between events with and without access passes:
• With corona access passes:
maintaining a distance
of 1.5 meters is no longer necessary at events where a negative test result must be presented
.
• Without admission certificates:
Events without admission certificates can go ahead if there are fixed seats and a distance of 1.5 meters is maintained.

Update 09/22/2020
On September 18, 2020, the government announced additional coronavirus measures for a number of regions. Gatherings of more than 50 people, such as conferences and business meetings, are subject to a reporting requirement.
What do the additional measures mean for us?
Business events with more than 50 people are permitted. However, these are subject to a reporting requirement. Festive events such as drinks parties or staff parties with groups of more than 50 people are not permitted.
Update May 13, 2020
SugarFactory is following the new measures taken by the government to prevent the further spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus. No events will take place at SugarFactory until September 1.
The spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus has accelerated. The outbreak of the virus—and the measures taken in various countries—have far-reaching consequences worldwide. This is also the case in the Netherlands, where the government has announced new measures to prevent further spread and infection.
