The eye-catcher of SugarFactory. You can feel the history with giant copper boilers, dizzying heights and an authentic industrial staircase. The east and west sides can also be used separately, each with its own unique atmosphere. Smaller subspaces on the second floor are perfect as production or breakout space! Or have a car literally drive in through the large entrance doors. The Middenfabriek can be connected to The Binnenstraat and The Pulppersloods.

Middle – first floor
From above it all comes together
The first floor of the Middenfabriek is accessible via an impressive industrial staircase that immediately sets the tone. With 1,525 m² and a capacity of 750 people, this floor offers plenty of space, while you simultaneously overlook the ground floor of the Middenfabriek. That open connection with the space below creates a unique sense of grandeur. The first floor is ideal as a VIP area, break-out room or operational hub for staff. It is a versatile addition to any event that unfolds across multiple levels.
