To strengthen our team, we are looking for a creative sales colleague who understands what it takes to turn a dream or idea into an unforgettable event. Are you passionate about events, full of ideas and able to carry clients and relations along with you in your highly creative concepts? Do you like challenges, responsibility and freedom, and do you always see opportunities and possibilities? Then you are the talent we’re looking for!
What are you going to do?
- Managing the sales team.
- Approach new customers, partners and relations with surprising new concepts.
- Advise existing relations and expand the customer base.
- Translating clients’ wishes and ideas into feasible concepts in collaboration with partners, agencies and suppliers.
- Coming up with creative reason-to-book and after-sales actions.
- Responsible the overall sales turnover and profit target.
- You are the face of SugarFactory at national and international trade shows.
- And everything else this job requires.
Who are we looking for?
Did we mention that you love events? Furthermore, it is important for this position that you are customer-friendly and sales-oriented. You are not easily put off and always think in terms of possibilities and solutions. You ensure a strong and cohesive team which performs optimally and achieves the objectives. Because it involves events (and working hours can change), some flexibility is welcome.
- Bachelor’s degree working and thinking level.
- Commercial or creative experience in the events industry is an advantage
- Speaks and writes Dutch and English fluently.
- In possession of a driving license B.
