Senior Event Producer
Ready to make your mark in the exciting and evolving world of SugarFactory? We are currently hiring a Senior Event Producer to join our team!
You will help shape the course of our future events as you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event production, ensuring a seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
What will you do?
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-profile events.
- Supervise and mentor junior event producers and coordinators.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability
- Conceptualise and develop innovative event concepts and themes.
Who are we looking for?
Like us, you are mad about events! You have a proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events. Your communication and interpersonal skills are excellent and you have the ability to lead and inspire a team. You are highly organised, and pay attention to detail, which enables you to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7 – 10 years of experience in event production.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

- Salary indication: Between € 3.750,- and € 6.250,- gross (based on 40 hours) depending on education and experience.
