Once you’ve selected the nominees and appointed an expert jury, it’s time to hold a spectacular awards ceremony in a truly special location. The 900-square-metre Binnenstraat event space fits the bill, with a distinctive symmetrical pillar layout that brings the former sugar factory’s history to life, but its elongated L shape also gives it an intimate feel.
More than 1,600 guests on your list? The adjoining Middenfabriek and Pulppersloods are SugarFactory’ two biggest spaces. The Binnenstraat can be used as a breakout or VIP room, or an entrance and registration area.
